Security is of critical importance to us, and we have taken methodical steps to ensure that your data is highly secure.

EC2MP hosted application servers are located at two geographically separated data centers. We provide 99.95% network uptime guarantee, regular audits and 24x7x365 monitoring and video surveillance. Application servers are behind an Enterprise-grade firewall, and we have redundant connections to multiple Internet backbones. We use MD5 Algorithm with a 128-bit hash value. The data is encrypted using .NET Framework 2.0 class libraries that provide 3DES encryption. All data and files are encrypted and stored in the database and file-system respectively. We store local snapshots of data and we back up all data daily to an additional facility in a second location.

Passwords are all 3DES encrypted and a very strong password safeguard policy is enforced to ensure security. User Maintenance is completely handled by client resident admin this way our clients are aware of the users that allow access. Based on a user's privileges, our application system determines access and presents the data. Should a user try to access something they are not authorized to access, they will be presented with an error.

We use managed services for Intrusion prevention and intrusion detection deployed via the SonicWall 1260 Internet Security Appliance. This also provides spam control and email encryption as managed services. This is in addition to the Control Scan Service that scans to make sure the server is hacker safe. We provide 256-bit Secured Socket Layer (SSL) security to encrypt the data between the end user and EC2MP hosted applications. We disallow indexing of public files by search engines.

EC2MP modules are fully roles based and can be governed up to field-levels. Our applications do not maintain any sensitive data in browsers cache, persistent cookies, hidden fields or any other risk prone locations. Our application does not contain any sensitive data in html and the data stored in hidden fields of pages.
